A beautiful, Federal style home available to be rebuilt at any location. We were given the opportunity and the time last summer to disassemble all of the interior millwork. The home is 9,900 square feet, though the main house is 4,300. Available is an elegant main stair, paneled great room, library and formal dining room. There are 83 doors, jambs and casements, all of the original white oak and pine flooring, 45 windows, chair rail, and three entry doors with leaded fanlights, arched and raised panel interior jambs.
